Recent Happenings

It's been a while since I updated this but since winning, I have been very busy. The first appearances I made as the new Miss Southern Sweetheart were singing the National Anthem at a Lindenwood Football game and riding in the Italian Fest Parade. The Parade was a lot of fun. I got to wave to all the kids and spectators in Collinsville

Here are some photos from the Parade--This was in September

I also attended the Miss Northern Suburbs pageant and got to congratulate the winner and saw some familiar faces

Next I had the opportunity of emceeing and performing at the Miss Southern Sweetheart Teen, Preteen & Princess Pageant while helping crown the winners. I'm happy to announce my pageant family:
Princess: Callie
PreTeen- Olivia
Teen- Shelby

I was also honored by receiving a Ranger Patch from these brave men. They told me it is very rare and it should bring me good luck. What a blessing!

Lastly, I took my Teen Shelby along with my LU dance/cheer team to perform at Kellsie's Trees of Hope--put on by the Kellsie's Hope Foundation.  So grateful to be a part of this wonderful event. I performed my Miss IL dance and sang 2 Christmas songs

Hope everyone has a blessed Christmas. Let me know if you need me to be a part of your next event!
Happy Holidays--Miss Southern Sweetheart
